WINTER PARKING: Winter parking rules have started and end on April 15th. SCFPD only enforces them when it snows and until streets are cleared curb to curb. This also applies to all municipal parking lots except for the upper parking lot of Thompson Parkway (highlighted in yellow).
***Note, Thompson Parkway (including the highlighted portion) will also be cleared of snow when weather events have concluded. Any vehicles left there for more than 72 hours are subject to removal.

Sec. 36-173. - Winter parking regulations:
In accordance with Wis. Stats. § 349.13, no person shall park in any city street or public parking lot in the city between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. from November 1 to April 15.
